Our simple four step process

We’ve made buying a brand-new, completed home as easy as it gets. With a low deposit, no progress payments, and a seamless process, you’ll be unpacking boxes, settling into your new home and finding the best local takeaway before you know it. Here’s how it works.

Inspect & reserve your home

Start by contacting us to book a walk-through of one of our move-in ready homes and see it in real life. Love what you see? You can reserve your home with just $1000, giving you time to sort out the paperwork and lock-in finance.

Contracts & finance

Within 72 hours, we’ll send the contract of sale to your solicitor or conveyancer, and you’ll have 10 days to review everything, tick off legal checks, and finalise your finance. Once that’s sorted, you’ll sign your contract and pay the remaining deposit (5% total). After that? You don’t pay another cent until settlement!

Pre-settlement inspection

Before settlement, you’ll meet a Henley representative for a walk-through of your new home. It’s your chance to check every detail and make sure everything’s looking spot on. Even if the home is fully built, this step ensures any final touch-ups are completed before you get the keys!

Settlement & move-in day!

The big day! Once settlement is finalised and you’ve paid the final balance, the home is officially yours. We’ll hand over the keys so all you need to do is move in and make it your own!
