What are site costs?

Site costs are the costs associated with preparing your block for construction before building can begin. Many builders leave some of these costs to be assessed later, which can lead to additional expenses after you've committed.

Our site cost allowance covers many of the common requirements associated with preparing your block for construction, including:

What are fixed sites costs and do I qualify?

Fixed site costs are pre-determined and are agreed upfront, giving you confidence and clarity from day one.

To qualify for free fixed site costs, your block must be in a participating estate and meet certain site and engineering requirements, including:

  • No more than 1,000mm of fall across the building platform
  • Minimum driveway gradient requirements
  • A Level 1 compaction report from the developer
  • A land survey that matches the engineering information provided at quotation stage

Standard inclusions and exclusions apply. Knockdown rebuild, acreage and completed homes are excluded.
