We believe building a better future means more than just building quality homes – it means making a lasting difference in the communities we serve. Through our community initiatives, we’re proud to support life-changing causes, from children’s and mental health to grassroots sport. It’s about giving back, creating impact, and making every home – and every community – better. In total, we’ve built over 80 charity homes, raising more than $40m globally for children’s hospitals and causes close to our heart…. and we’re not done yet.

Good Friday Appeal

For more than 30 years, we have been a proud partner of the Good Friday Appeal. Every year, our team – along with our land partners, trades, and suppliers – comes together to build a brand-new, fully furnished and landscaped home that is auctioned with 100% of the proceeds going directly to The Royal Children’s Hospital. It’s a true community effort that brings together generosity, compassion, and hope.

Home For A Cure

Through our partnership with My Room Children’s Cancer Charity, we help fund essential services, research, and family support initiatives for children undergoing cancer treatment. Every dollar raised by the Home For A Cure provides essential financial assistance, emotional support, and funds critical care roles and research into research for childhood cancers with low survival rates.

Trailblazers unite

We’re proud to partner with the Melbourne Mavericks - trailblazers on and off the court. Backed by SEN, they embody teamwork, passion, and dedication. Together, we’re building more than homes - we’re building community. We support their mission to grow netball across Victoria and inspire positive change across Melbourne’s south-east.

Championing local cricket

Community spirit is built on connection, and nowhere is this more evident than at the local cricket ground. As proud sponsors of the Henley Avengers cricket team in Melbourne’s southeast, we’re backing grassroots sport because whether it’s building homes or building community, we believe in supporting local heroes.

Shining a light on eating disorders

In 2024, we partnered with Eating Disorders Victoria to raise awareness and support for more than 1.1 million Australians affected by eating disorders. Together with the Melbourne Mavericks, we’re shining a light on EDV’s vital work - offering compassionate, expert support from discovery to recovery for individuals and families across Victoria.

Celebrating culture and community

We’re proud to support Melbourne Kannada Sangha, a vibrant community preserving Kannada culture in Australia. Their dedication to language, arts, and tradition fosters unity across generations. We’re honoured to stand beside them, celebrating cultural diversity through events and initiatives that connect, inspire, and strengthen community spirit.

Building strength through self-care

We proudly support Vasudeva Kriya Yoga in promoting holistic wellbeing. From International Day of Yoga to community events, we celebrate the power of mindfulness and connection. We thank Dr. Rajendra Yenkannamoole for reminding us that self-care strengthens our ability to support families, teams, and communities.

Supporting mental health in the trades

We’re proud to back TradeMutt and TIACS, providing free mental health support to tradespeople and families. Through bold workwear and open conversations, we’re helping break stigma. TIACS has supported over 20,000 Australians with free, confidential counselling - ensuring no one in the trades faces mental health challenges alone.
