By accepting the below Terms of Use for the Henley Visualiser, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them. The images and product references contained in this Visualiser are for illustration purposes only and in no way replace formal documentation provided by a Henley representative, particularly as the images are of homes that no longer comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) requirements and so are no longer offered. It shows furniture, screens, landscaping and structures, pergolas, decking and decorative finishes not offered by Henley. Images show quartz surface benchtops which are no longer offered due to a Government ban on engineered stone containing crystalline silica.
Please speak to your New Home Consultant for options available at the time you pay a deposit and for a full list of standard inclusions. Please refer to master drawings for accurate features, floorplans and dimensions. Additional cost floorplan options, fixtures and fittings are also shown which are not included in our standard product or pricing. Please refer to standard inclusions and master drawings for actual benchtops and NCC compliant floorplans available,and included features, fittings and dimensions, or speak to your New Home Consultant. All images are computer generated, which may result in variances in colours and finishes of actual product. Before you make your final colour choices, please inspect a physical colour sample to ensure you are satisfied, keeping in mind there will be variations in colour from batch to batch.
