We put our homes through the wringer long before you ever step through the door. From the first pier in the ground to the final key handover, every stage of construction is carefully inspected, tested, and signed off by building certifiers, engineers, and our own in-house quality assurance team.

✓ Building certifier inspections – Covering everything from the slab to stormwater, framing, waterproofing, and final occupancy compliance. 

✓ Quality assurance checks – Our in-house quality assurance team conducts thorough inspections at key build stages to ensure every finish meets our standards. 

✓ Pre-handover walk-throughs – You get to inspect your home with your handover team before settlement, noting any final tweaks so everything is just right.
