We believe in building more than homes – we believe in building stronger communities. That’s why we’re proud to support Eating Disorder Victoria (EDV) through our partnership with the Melbourne Mavericks netball team.
Facing an eating disorder can feel overwhelming, and EDV works tirelessly to provide hope and care for thousands of Victorians. Their recently released 2024–25 Annual Report shows just how much has been achieved – and we’re honoured to have played a part in this journey.
What EDV achieved this year:
- 2,621 cases supported through their helpline, the Hub
- 1,010 counselling sessions and 458 nursing sessions delivered
- 75 online support groups and 73 families supported through Carer Coaching
- 1,625 people educated about eating disorders and recovery strategies
Beyond direct care, EDV also:
- Led advocacy efforts, including launching the Victorian Eating Disorders Strategy (2024–31)
- Successfully lobbied for Victoria’s first public residential centre for eating disorders
- Raised awareness through campaigns reaching hundreds of thousands of people
- Raised over $60,000 to fund free eating disorder care
These achievements reflect EDV’s commitment to hope, recovery, and community – and we’re proud to stand alongside them.
