We are proud to have sponsored the 30th Easter Cricket Tournament, hosted by the Jai Hind Cricket Club, a milestone event that brought together teams, families and supporters from across Australia for three unforgettable days of cricket, celebration and community spirit.
Now in its 30th year, the Easter Cricket Tournament has become a much loved tradition and this year’s event was widely praised as one of the best yet. Across the long weekend, players and spectators enjoyed high quality cricket, incredible volunteer run hospitality, and a vibrant awards night that celebrated both competition and camaraderie.
Congratulations to Jai Hind on securing their third consecutive championship, and to Rockers, who were deserving runners up in a thrilling final that came down to the very last ball. Teams from Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide also commended the event for its organisation, sportsmanship and welcoming atmosphere.
In a powerful example of sport giving back, the tournament also raised $1,200 for the Royal Children’s Hospital through raffles held across the weekend - a contribution that will directly support the hospital’s vital work caring for Victorian children and families.
