As a valued returning customer, you could receive up to $5,000 off your new home! Your discount will depend on how many homes you’ve built with us and whether you're building a single or double storey.
Bought a new home?
Purchase a move-in ready home and you’ll receive a fixed post settlement rebate amount of $2,000 if you have previously purchased & settled a Henley home. To qualify:
- Your previous Henley home must have settled within the past 10 years.
- Your new home must be purchased at full listed price.
- The purchase and settlement must be completed within the agreed timeframe in your contract.
- All repeat purchases must be made directly through a Henley completed home consultant.
