Priced from $508,900, the Halcyon series includes four expansive double-storey designs created for modern families who want space to grow, relax and entertain in comfort.
A central void that transforms the way a home feels
The defining feature of the Halcyon series is its dramatic central void, positioned above the main living area and open on three sides.
While traditional voids are generally seen at the rear or corner of a home and enclosed by walls, the Halcyon void sits at the heart of the floorplan. This creates open sightlines, improved airflow and a greater sense of connection between the ground and first floors.
“Halcyon is inspired by our Lancaster design, but we moved the void from above the dining to above the living - something customers frequently asked for,” says national designer Damian Cruickshank.
“To achieve it, we re‑engineered key structural elements and reworked the layout throughout. Those changes led us to develop an entirely new design to meet that demand.”
With open space surrounding three sides of the void, natural light can travel deep into the home, while family members remain visually connected across levels. The result is a home that feels brighter, more expansive and effortlessly linked from one space to the next.
It’s a design move that dramatically enhances everyday living, turning the central living zone into a light-filled architectural feature rather than simply another room.
